Dundonald Links is now recognised as one of the best new courses in the world. The design ambition, "to create a championship Ayrshire links course that felt and played as though it was an old rediscovered course" was achieved and reflects the world class links of its neighbours Royal Troon, Prestwick and Western Gailes. Dundonald has become part of Ayrshires great tradition. Its challenge is to find length and feel for its firm fairways and undulating greens. It boasts outstanding par 3s that are tough enough, interesting but different from each other. This is a genuine stretch of links terrain that rivals any other with magnificent views of the sea across to Arran from the back nine.
Relax after your game in the comfort of the Spike Bar, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the Ayrshire coastline and watch final play on the 18th. An outdoor terrace overlooking the course offers the perfect place to unwind in the summer sunshine.
Opening Hours: May to September All week (7.00am – 6.00pm)
Open all year: Please call for other times
