Our aim is to serve good, honest food in a relaxed and informal envirornment, with most of our produce locally supplied. We use only free range organic eggs and farmhouse cheeses in our dishes while all our patés are homemade to our own recipes. After relaxing in our restaurant where on fine days you can enjoy eating in our garden with views towords Sweetheart Abbey, you can enjoy browsing in our well stocked Gift Shop with a wide range of Scottish and designer giftware.
Since opening in 1983 we have gained honours in Egon Ronays "Just a Bite Guide", the AA 's "That Tea Book" and the Tea Council's "Perfect Places for Afternoon Teas".
